• 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

USA Delivery
• 3–5 business days after your order ships

International Delivery
• 7–15 business days after dispatch

Tracking Included
• Every order receives tracking by email or SMS

Delivery windows begin once you receive your “Order Shipped” confirmation email.

Return Window
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking scan)


Eligible for Return

You can return items if they are:

Unopened and unused
• In original packaging
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (we’ll replace these free of charge)

Because we sell cosmetics and personal care products, we cannot accept opened or used items unless there is:

• A product quality issue
• A skin or scalp reaction

Depending on your situation, we offer several solutions:

Refund to Original Payment
• Issued after inspection 

Free Replacement
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Store Credit
• Available upon request and often the fastest option


Return Shipping

We offer return options if:

• Your item arrived damaged
• Your item is defective
• You received the wrong item

For change-of-mind returns:

• Ship with your own preferred carrier


Return Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our facility:

• Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection
• Refund or credit will be issued immediately after approval

You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Samples or mini products
• Final-sale items
• Products not purchased from RootKindBeauty.com


Sensitivities & Reactions

We formulate our products to be gentle, clean, and fragrance-light, but every skin and scalp is unique.

If you experience irritation or a reaction:

  1. Stop using the product immediately

  2. Email info@rootkindbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery

  3. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

After review, we’ll assist with a replacement or store credit.


Exchanges (Fast & Easy)

We offer two exchange options:

Instant Exchange (Recommended)

• We place a temporary hold for the replacement item
• Your new product ships immediately
• Once the return arrives and is inspected, the hold is removed

Standard Exchange

• Return the original item first
• Replacement ships once the return is scanned in


Packaging Your Return (Prevent Leaks)

To protect your return during shipping:

• Place items upright
Tighten caps and droppers securely
• Use the original box when possible
• Add padding around glass bottles or droppers
• Include the RMA / return slip from your portal email


How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Send an email to info@rootkindbeauty.com

Enter your order number and email address.


Step 2 — Select Your Request

Choose one of the following:

• Refund
• Exchange
• Replacement (damaged/defective/incorrect)

Upload photos if required.


Step 3 —  Ship

• Obtain label
• Drop your package off with the carrier 
• Send us the Tracking Number
